Entrepreneurial self-efficacy development: an effective intervention for sustainable student entrepreneurial intentions

Eco-systemic disconnect in youth entrepreneurs' support systems is a challenge most developing countries and adversely affects the success of entrepreneurship education. The study investigated extent to which application systemic action learning research (SALAR) students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) determined relationships between ESE development, intention action. A quantitative design was used with structured, self-administered, 7-point Likert scale survey through test-retest method, over nine months amongst university students at selected South-Africa. purposive (non-probability) sampling technique adopted for administration 230 questionnaires. Inferential statistics were examine relationship constructs. Findings indicated significant SALAR findings propose flexible social technology model (SHAPE) methodology that other higher education institutions can adapt facilitate development.
